Mission of the Workshop:
As the demand for next-generation microelectronics continues to grow, this workshop aims to serve as a dynamic platform for sharing recent advancements, fostering creative ideas, and defining new research directions. The event will bring together leading experts across diverse fields, including materials synthesis, characterization, device design, fabrication, and processing. Key material systems to be discussed include (multi-)ferroic materials, 2D materials, wide-bandgap semiconductors, and perovskites. By bridging these disciplines, the workshop seeks to address critical challenges in the integration of these materials into functional systems. In addition to advancing scientific dialogue, the workshop is dedicated to creating educational and career development opportunities for a diverse group of young scientists.
